Job Summary:
Client is looking for Data Scientist and this is remote position from India.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.
Perform data exploration, cleaning, feature engineering, and model selection for optimal performance, leveraging the capabilities of Azure Databricks for large-scale data processing.
Support production deployed ML models and AI applications
Translate natural language queries into SQL statements for data retrieval.
Extract and categorize entities from text data.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and tune model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on models for optimal results.
Document work effectively, including model development process, technical decisions, and results.
Strictly adhere to Catalent’s Responsible AI Framework and practices
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and related technologies.

Focus:
Time series forecasting models and tree-based modeling applied to live data streams.
Requirements:
Strong Python programming and data engineering skills.
Comfortable with end-to-end software development, not just analytics.
Build and support forecasting models that feed C-Suite level decision-making dashboards.
Should handle scalable data pipelines and model deployment.
