About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join the engineering team of a leading fintech product company. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable backend systems, microservices, and containerized applications, with hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot), Python (Flask), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices
Deploy and manage containerized apps using Kubernetes & Docker
Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
Integrate NATS for messaging and stream processing
Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture and design decisions
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system performance & reliability
What We're Looking For (Mandatory Criteria)
4+ years of professional backend development experience
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask)
Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with NATS (messaging/event-driven architecture)
Solid background in microservices and RESTful API development
Ability to work in an onsite role in Hyderabad
Notice period ≤ 30 days
