Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SQL Developer to join our team of Mobile, WPF, and .NET developers. You will play a key role in administering, developing, and maintaining large-scale web and database solutions that are critical to our customers' missions and operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving transformational results through technology and is a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance custom .NET/SQL Server applications using the latest Microsoft .NET technologies.
  • Design, create, and optimize data stores and queries for Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to performance, capacity, and data security.
  • Collaborate in a team-based development environment, providing technical guidance on the impact of database changes.
  • Support Power BI and SSRS report generation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
  • Strong experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
  • Proficient in writing complex stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
  • Working knowledge of SSIS and SSAS is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of systems and business application development.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and improve complex applications with minimal guidance.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills for solving system-related problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with team members at all levels within the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
