Job Description

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, bills, and bank statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Process transactions, maintain ledgers, and ensure accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Reconcile accounts on time.
  • Assist with payroll administration.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Autocount) is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
