Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Junio

Java Developer

to join our team in

Chennai

. This is a

full-time, on-site role

where you will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive innovative solutions to meet business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based applications using frameworks like

Spring

and

Hibernate

.Drive and implement microservices architecture to ensure modularity, flexibility, and efficiency.Optimize performance and ensure high availability of applications by implementing best coding practices and conducting code reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and contribute to strategic decision-making.Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring skill enhancement and adherence to coding standards.Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and software development to ensure the team leverages cutting-edge tools and practices.

Required Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 0 to 3

years of hands-on experience in Java development

.Expertise in

Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)

, and

Hibernate

.Strong experience with

microservices architecture

and RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

concepts,

data structures

, and

design patterns

.Proficiency in database management using

SQL

and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).Experience with version control systems such as

Git

and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
