The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and open-source AI frameworks to extract and structure data from unstructured documents efficiently and securely Roles and Responsibilities:• Design and develop ML/NLP models for document understanding and content extraction.• Build OCR + NLP pipelines and leverage frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index, and Hugging Face.• Fine-tune transformer-based models (BERT, Layout LM, Donut, etc.) for structured output.• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt-based extraction, and agentic AI workflows.• Collaborate with product and backend teams to deploy scalable AI services. Skills Required:• Minimum 2 years of of working experience in Machine Learning, NLP.• Strong in Python, Py Torch/Tensor Flow, and OCR tools (Paddle OCR, etc.).• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) and LLM orchestration frameworks.• Experience in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and data preprocessing.• Bonus: Exposure to Fin Tech, agentic AI, or open-source AI projectsNote:Minimum 2 years of work experience in ML mandatory.
