Main accountabilities
Design and maintain authorizations, accesses, controls, and segregations of duties in strict compliance with the company’s standards.
Perform Functional, Unit, Regression testing of the authorizations introduced.
Overseeing and advising on the SOX controls relevant to SAP S/4 and BW/4 systems.
Assist the CoE team with the regular access/control/SoD audits.
Work collaboratively with the Testing Centre of Excellence to ensure that the developed solution functions correctly.
Engage in the development of security roles and profiles.
Prepare Training materials and provide training.
Provide estimates and contribute to defining timelines and release plans.
Guide the developers and functional consultants on the correct approach to roles/authorizations design.
Mandatory Skills
5 - 8 years of experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant (a combination of S/4 and BW/4 experience preferred).
Experience working/configuring SAP GRC (at least one full-cycle implementation).
Strong understanding of SOX control requirements around security, SoD.
Experience with SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
Experience working with application vendors and building solutions involving integrating vendor applications into existing environment.
Experience with Fiori roles and catalogues. Experience with creating effective design documentation and diagrams.
Experience with roles for FI/GL/AP solutions.
Experience with roles for SAP BW/4 and S/4 reporting solutions (Design Studio, Bex, CDS).
