AbouttheRole

Youwill contribute to our continually evolving HR platform by workingas QA tester on the inhouse product development team. It requiresexperience of working on automation tools likeSelenium. Youwill collaborate with locally based team members and remoteproduct/project managers and will contribute to the testing of newfeatures in theapplication.

Acomprehensive role like this one calls for taking up the followingresponsibilities:

Testingand assessing the qualityofall existing and new features on our websites andapplications.

Testingand assessing quality on existing websites/applications afterupgrades orenhancements.

Responsiblefor creating and maintaining automation test suite for theapplication.

Workwith supervisors to evaluate and recommend enhancements document QAprocesses and improve testing bestpractices.

Providerelease support during production softwaredeployment.

Workingcollaboratively and closely with developers designers productmanagers andusers.


Requirements

Asa potential candidate you are expected to have the following skills(technical):


WhatDo You Need For TheJob


Minimum4 years of relevant web quality assurance/testingexperience.

Minimum2 year of handson experience with automated testing tools such asSelenium.

Goodknowledge of automationframework.

Experienceof data base testing using Database MySQL Oracle or SQLServer.

Experienceworking in Agile environment ideally with Kanban or Scrum and withcontinuous integration(CI).

Experiencewith code version systems like SVNGit.

ISTQBCertification would be an addedadvantage.

1. Strong technical background with good understanding of productdevelopment life cycle. 2. Expertise in full stack applicationdesign and development across all relevant form factors smartphone,tablet, laptop, desktop, etc. 3. 7+ years of experience buildingweb applications using J2EE (JSP, Servlets) and Core Java. 4.Detailed understanding of front-end Web application technologieslike HTML5, Javascript, CSS. 5. Proficient in MySQL or anotherRDBMS variant with 2+ years of experience building and interfacingwith the database.
