Dynamics CRM – Technical Lead(About SISC)Sony India Software Centre (SISC) was primarily set-up as a high-quality service delivery centre in the areas of embedded software development, enterprise applications development and support, information security services. The organization has evolved into a very mature Global Capability Centre providing end to end technology solutions and high value services for global business organizations of Sony.(Job Title)Dynamics CRM – Technical Lead (5+ Yrs.)(Project Details):CRM application in Sales and Service domain for professional solutions(Technology and Sub-technology)

MSD365 CRM CE, Power Apps, Power AutomateC#.Net, Plugins, HTML, JavaScript, and CSSWeb Services and Web APIsAzure App Service and Logic Apps(Base Location):Bangalore(Type):Hybrid(Qualifications)

Education level - BE/BTech.Experience – 5+ Years(Job Overview):

Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM TechnicalExperience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms.Good Functional Understanding of D365 Sales / Customer Service Process(Primary Skills):Technical

Extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate DevelopmentExperience in Developing Web Services and Web ApisStrong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, TypescriptExposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App)Having good analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career.Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.(Good to have Skills):

Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Databases preferably in SQL Server.Azure data factory(Responsibilities and Duties):

Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics.Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed.Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment.(Keywords)D365 CRM, Dynamics CRM, Power Apps,
