We're looking for a hands-on Content & Social Manager who can bring our brand to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll own storytelling and content execution while leading a small creative team (interns, designers, editors) — and grow into a Content & Social Lead role as ULTRA scales.

What you'll do

  • Manage content across 3 Instagram accounts, 2 LinkedIn accounts, and YouTube
  • Build and execute a video-first content pipeline (Reels, carousels, shorts, statics)
  • Lead founder-led storytelling, turning personal journeys into relatable content
  • Drive performance outcomes: engagement, reach, and lead generation
  • Craft attention-grabbing hooks and captions that convert
  • Coordinate with interns, designers, and editors to deliver high-quality assets on time
  • Track performance, analyze insights, and double down on what works
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in social/content management (startup, D2C, or agency)
  • Are skilled in short-form video, carousels, and visual storytelling
  • Know how to write scroll-stopping hooks and captions
  • Balance creativity with performance goals (leads, engagement, reach)
  • Are organized, data-informed, and confident coordinating a small creative team
  • Are curious about running, fitness, health, or high performance (bonus)
