About the Role:

As our Senior Web Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between client goals and analytics execution. Lead the design and implementation of smart web & mobile analytics that uncover insights, optimize customer journeys, and boost business outcomes like conversion rate and CLTV.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead discovery workshops & translate business needs into analytics strategy
  • Design & manage scalable data layers for web & mobile applications
  • Own GA4 & GTM implementation, including advanced e-commerce tracking
  • Integrate mobile analytics (Firebase) for cross-channel insights
  • Collaborate closely with marketing & engineering teams for clean, actionable data
  • Create dashboards linking analytics directly to revenue & ROI
  • Drive efficiency through AI-powered tools and automat Train and mentor junior analysts to elevate team capability

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in digital/web analytics with a strong client-facing presence.
  • Expert in GA4, GTM, mobile analytics (Firebase)
  • Skilled at data layer documentation and marketing tech integration
  • Experience with retail/e-commerce or B2B SaaS KPIs (Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, CAC)
  • Results-oriented and comfortable leveraging AI tools for productivity
  • Bonus if you have SQL skills, server-side GTM experience, or familiarity with CDPs like Segment.

This job role is in Noida and is a Work from Office role.

Salary - Upto 30% hike on last CTC. Maximum budget is 10 LPA.
