The company focuses on turning great ideas into impactful brands, offering strategies for start-ups looking to establish their identity and businesses aiming to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual communication strategies for brands, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Design creative assets (logos, branding, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, infographics, packaging, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure design supports the brand message.
  • Work on typography, color theory, and layout for both digital and print.
  • Conceptualize and execute designs that connect with the target audience.
  • Use design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all communication platforms.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Designer (fresher with strong portfolio can also be considered)
  • Experience in creating brand communication material (social media, ads, brochures, packaging, presentations, etc.)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of Figma / Canva / CorelDRAW for quick design tasks
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
