Who are we looking for ?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both software and hardware tools, with a proven ability to set up and manage IT infrastructure, including cameras, biometric systems, firewalls, and data backup solutions from scratch.

This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT processes.

Requirements :

What you will deliver :

Infrastructure Setup and Management :

- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including cameras, biometric systems, firewalls, and data backup solutions.

- Design and manage end-to-end network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.

Software and Hardware Support :

- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.

- Set up and deploy new hardware and IT equipment, ensuring proper integration into existing systems.

- Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, or in person, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

User Account Management :

- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords in line with company policies.

- Ensure the proper functioning and security of Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies.

Security and Compliance :

- Monitor and respond to security alerts, escalating issues as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures, implementing best practices to maintain a secure IT environment.

Documentation and Process Improvement :

- Manage and maintain IT documentation, including support tickets and technical guides.

- Work closely with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Must Haves for the Role :

- Proven experience in setting up and managing IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and backup solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN technologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to support.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Knowledge of IT compliance standards and security best practices.
