Role Description We’re hiring a Game Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on Unity experience to own features from concept to release. You’ll work with designers and artists to build gameplay systems, optimize performance, and ship high-quality player experiences on mobile. What you’ll do Implement gameplay systems, UI, and game mechanics in Unity (C#). Work closely with designers to prototype and iterate on mechanics quickly. Optimize game performance (CPU, GPU, memory) for Android and i OS. Integrate IAP, analytics events, ad SDKs, and remote config as needed. Debug, write clean, maintainable code and unit tests where applicable. Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation. Help ship features across live ops and sprint cycles. Must-have 1-3 years professional experience developing games in Unity (C#). At least one shipped mobile title (published on Play Store and/or App Store) - link to portfolio/played game required. Strong understanding of Unity’s lifecycle, prefab/workflow, scene management. Familiarity with mobile performance profiling and optimization. Comfortable with Git (or equivalent VCS) and collaborative workflows. Good problem-solving skills and willingness to iterate quickly. Good-to-have Experience with multiplayer or real-time game systems. Experience with DOTS / ECS or advanced optimization techniques. Experience with SRP (URP/HDRP), Shader basics, or animation systems. Familiarity with IAP, Ad SDKs, Firebase/Mixpanel or analytics platforms.
