Key Responsibilities:Identify, Document, and Assess Key Controls:

Work with finance and operations teams to identify key controls, document them, and assess their effectiveness.Control Remediation:

Develop and implement remediation strategies where control deficiencies are identified, and ensure these are tracked to resolution.Communication:

Communicate findings, recommendations, and root cause analysis to management, ensuring timely action plans for remediation.Process Documentation:

Document front-to-back processes and product flows clearly and concisely.Control Gaps and Risk:

Identify gaps in implemented controls and associated risks, recommending effective actions to bridge these gaps.Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with risk managers, business process owners, and other stakeholders.

Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.3-5 years

of experience in financial services, banking, or Big 4 consulting.Strong understanding of

SOX

compliance, control testing methodologies, and processes.Proven ability to design, document, and assess internal controls.Strong

oral and written communication

skills.Experience in

risk and control environments

(SOX, operational risk).Good organizational and

time management skills .Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Skills Desired:Experience with

process flow mapping , control design, and documentation.Familiarity with

Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)

and

EUC governance .Prior involvement in supporting the

implementation of testing frameworks .
