TNP India's Business Excellence team in Kochi is seeking a passionate Senior Consultant – Business Excellence with 5 years experience with a proven track record in driving successful digital transformation projects.

The role is based primarily out of Kochi with occasional travel and requires extensive collaboration with business and technology team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex digital transformation projects, from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and strategic goals.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations, translating them into actionable digital roadmaps.- Provide strategic consulting services, offering expert guidance on technology selection, process optimisation, and change management.- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative digital solutions, including Web applications, Power BI dashboards, and data-driven analysis platforms.- Manage project teams, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project execution.- Foster strong client relationships, building trust and credibility as a trusted advisor.- Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Primary Required Skills

- Strong client-facing skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable solutions.- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)- Strong understanding on emerging business and technology trends. Must have broad understanding of industry verticals (Manufacturing, Logistics etc.) and technology areas- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their applications in digital transformation.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its applications in business process automation and data visualisation.- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data visualisation tools, and techniques for creating compelling and insightful dashboards and reports

Education & Experience

- B Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems + MBA- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in managing digital transformation projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.- Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred- Additional Preferred Qualifications- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant technologies.- Knowledge of Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular)
