Job Summary: PIBM is seeking an accomplished Finance Trainer to lead and deliver comprehensive finance training programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in finance, exceptional teaching skills, and the ability to engage and motivate participants across various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Seminars and Webinars: Develop and deliver engaging seminars and webinars on finance topics such as financial management, investment strategies, corporate finance, and financial analysis, tailored for students and professionals at graduate colleges, institutes, and coaching centers.
  • Facilitate Faculty Development Programs (FDPs): Design and execute FDPs aimed at enhancing the financial acumen and teaching methodologies of faculty members from partner institutions.
  • Lead Skill Development Programs (SDPs): Create and conduct SDPs to improve practical financial skills and competencies of participants from graduate colleges and coaching centers, focusing on real-world applications and industry relevance.
  • Develop and Customize Content: Create and adapt training materials, presentations, and resources to meet the specific needs of each audience, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Engage with Participants: Foster an interactive learning environment through discussions, case studies, simulations, and hands-on exercises, encouraging active participation and feedback.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the success of training sessions using participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously update training content and methods based on the latest trends and developments in finance and education to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Institutions: Work closely with academic and administrative staff at graduate colleges, institutes, and coaching centers to understand their specific needs and customize training programs accordingly.
  • Manage Training Logistics: Oversee the logistics of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and technical setup for webinars and in-person sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a finance trainer or educator, with a track record of successful seminars, webinars, FDPs, and SDPs. Experience working with educational institutions is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using webinar platforms and other digital training tools.
  • Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CFP are advantageous.
