- Lead the design and implementation of data warehouse and data lake solutions on Azure, leveraging technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, MS Fabric, and Azure DevOps.

- Drive the adoption of Medallion Architecture principles for data lakehouses, with a focus on designing and implementing effective data models for the Gold layer.

- Collaborate with source system experts to finalize ETL processes and analytics designs.

- Guide data modelers and developers in the design and development of ETLs.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and project plans.

- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the data lifecycle.

- Perform capacity planning, environment setup, and deployment strategies within the Azure environment.

- Optimize cloud resources for cost and environmental efficiency (Green Cloud Computing).

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Analyze project demands and contribute to cost-benefit analysis and estimation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing data warehouse and data lake solutions.

- Proven experience in implementing at least 2 end-to-end data warehouse/data lake projects.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing at least 1 Azure data warehouse/data lake project end-to-end.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure components, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, MS Fabric, Azure DevOps, and Virtual Networks (VNets).

- Expertise in Medallion Architecture for Lakehouses and data modeling in the Gold layer.

- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse design principles, including star schema, snowflake schema, and data partitioning.

- Rich experience with MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and data transformation activities.

- Good knowledge of SQL Loader, Data Pump, and Import/Export utilities.

- Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Proven experience in capacity planning, environment setup, and deployment strategies within Azure.

- Familiarity with cloud cloning/copying processes for managing development, testing, and production environments.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
