We are seeking enthusiastic freshgraduates who are ready to associate / work remotely to learn therecruitment operations as an Intern for an initial period of 3months.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcingapplications for job vacancies.
  • Assist inscreening resumes of applicants.
  • Plan andschedule interviews with candidates.
  • Create andpublish job advertisements on job portals and socialnetworks.
  • Interact with candidates to explainjob roles and evaluate theircandidatures.
  • Update internal databases withcandidate details and employmentforms.
  • Collaboration with the team forcompleting recruitment projects.
  • Create reportson the HRrelated process when required.
  • Assistin organizing career fairs and specialevents.
  • Reporting daily weekly and monthlyactivities.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management or similarfield
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and webbased applications.
  • Knowledge of social mediaservices and online platforms for professionalcommunities.
  • Excellent planning andorganizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Ability to manageand handle multiple tasks.
  • Exceptionalattention to detail.
  • Good time managementskills.
  • Ability to workindependently.
  • Ability to workremotely.
  • Strong workethics.
