Primary Responsibilities
high-quality software test design and architecture.
and develop tools which will help Developers/Testers
with development teams and your team peers to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation.
the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
testing strategies for the features under development.
a strong quality advocate, collaborating closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers for backend testability and design.
product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc)
Experience and Qualifications
required for success in this role include:
years of Cloud test automation frameworks and tools building experience.
years of experience writing and executing component and e2e automated tests.
programming with at least one modern language such as Java, or Python including object-oriented design.
with CI/CD technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
with Performance Testing , Security Testing - Automation processes
testing experiences of microservices & monolith
with Linux Containers and Virtualization (Docker), Kubernetes.
communication skills - this will be an extremely cross-functional role.
fluency: ability to quickly learn new systems and dive in to tough problems.
of overall Cloud system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance
using Observability tools (e.g. New Relic, DataDog, Grafana)
