Lead identity engineer

Simeio is looking for a Lead Identity Engineer with specialized skills in Cyber Ark to join our team. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end Cyber Ark deployments, including design, configuration, integration, and go-live support for enterprise clients. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on Cyber Ark components including Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and AAM. Collaborate with client stakeholders, security teams, and internal delivery teams to gather requirements and translate them into secure, scalable solutions. Develop custom connectors and integrations with other identity platforms and enterprise applications. Conduct health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning of existing Cyber Ark environments. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers on Cyber Ark best practices, automation, and troubleshooting. Document architecture diagrams, SOPs, and solution design documents. Ensure all implementations adhere to compliance and security standards, including SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO27001. Support pre-sales activities including proposal writing, level-of-effort estimation, and solution design workshops What You Bring: Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Cyber Ark Suite products. Proficiency in designing and deploying Cyber Ark PAM solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments. Hands-on experience with CDE-PAM/CDE-CPC/CDE-Secrets. Familiarity with Cyber Ark REST APIs and their integrations. Knowledge of Cyber Ark Endpoint Management and just-in-time access. Exposure to Cyber Ark CPM and PSM Custom Connector development. Strong grasp of Secrets Management and Cloud Security Fundamentals. Automation proficiency in Conjure policies. Expertise in utilizing Dev Ops container services such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Open Shift. Previous engagement with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Understanding of Beyond Trust PAM and Delinea PAM. Practical implementation with Beyond Trust Password Safe/Delinea Secret Server PAM solution.
