Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop and create innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring the design aligns with the company's visual identity and objectives.

- Lead design projects from concept to completion, including ideation, storyboarding, and final execution.

- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising the quality of deliverables.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

- Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows, suggesting and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies.

Ideal Candidate :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both print and digital media.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with project objectives and target audience.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.

- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or UX/UI design is a plus.

- A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for design.
