Job Title: Head of Finance & Commercials

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Finance & Commercials to lead our financial and commercial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, leadership experience, and expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Finance Management:

    • Develop and implement effective financial management strategies.

    • Ensure robust internal financial controls and timely completion of statutory audits.
  2. Procurement Function:

    • Define and implement procurement policies and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  3. MIS Planning and Reporting:

    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
  4. People Management:

    • Lead the finance team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of senior-level experience in Finance
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within the Education sector

Skills Required:

  • Financial Management: In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, commercial agreements, budgeting processes, and financial forecasting.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Expert understanding of taxation (GST, TDS), statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Leadership: Strategic leadership capabilities with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:
The role is based at a-client-of-fyndbridge-consulting and involves leading a team of finance professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and provide excellent stakeholder management.
