Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at NSEG Private Limited. The Sales Trainer will play a
pivotal role in enhancing the sales capabilities of our team members, with a focus on core sales training methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, particularly in telemarketing and videoconference sales.
They will be expected to immerse themselves in our product offerings and sales procedures, taking ownership of the sales
process and leading our team to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our telemarketing and videoconference
sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
- Design training materials, including presentations, guides, and exercises, that effectively convey sales techniques and
best practices.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, utilizing engaging and interactive methods.
- Provide individualized coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in sales methodologies and incorporate new techniques into training
programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies.
- Track and analyze training metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a sales trainer, preferably in the telemarketing or videoconference sales domain.
- Strong understanding of core sales principles and methodologies, with the ability to effectively train others in these areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training methods to suit both in-person and virtual environments.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex product offerings and sales procedures.
- Certification in sales training or professional development is a plus.
