Business Development Executive

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of Qatar's labor market, business landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Requirements
Strong understanding of international recruitment processes, including visa requirements and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/systems. Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the target recruitment markets.
