Job DescriptionAs a Project Engineer for Access Control, Access Automation, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, and Parking Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This multifaceted role requires a proactive and organized professional with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring theymeet quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherenceto project timelines.

Track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Project Ownership:Take full responsibility for projects from the moment they are receiveduntil successful project handover.

Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communicationof project objectives.

Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet client expectations.

Documentation and Drawings:Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings,specifications, and close-out documents.

Ensure all project-related documentation is organized and up-to-date.

Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for pre-sales activities, including site assessments, productrecommendations, and estimations.

Assist in developing proposals and quotations for potential clients.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in project management, specifically in the fields of Access Control, Access Automation, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, and Parking Management.

Strong technical understanding of security systems and access management solutions.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage complex projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
