Are you a smart and motivated finance professional with 3 to 4 years of experience? Do you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset? If so, we want you to be a part of our team As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of finance and accounts, with a primary focus on commercial aspects, management information systems (MIS), budgeting, and money management.

Role: Finance ManagerExperience: 3 to 4 yearsSalary: 6 to 8 LPALocation: Andheri (E), Marol, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:Own and run the budgeting and variance analysis exercise for the organization.Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including financial statements, budget reports, and financial forecasts.Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health and stability.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate and optimize the company's financial performance.Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost control and profitability initiatives.Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial planning.Identify and address financial risks and opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting

Qualifications:MBA in Finance with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with financial software and tools.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
