Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Production Staff at J'n'J Scoopee - Amul Ice Cream Parlour, located in Balianta. The Production Staff will be responsible for daily production planning, overseeing quality control, managing production processes, and ensuring efficient operations. The role also includes training new staff members and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
- Strong Quality Control skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor new staff
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
