Analyst, HRIS

position is responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational within Human Resources. They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making. This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, accounting/finance stakeholders and other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint.This position will be based out of our Mumbai office and onsite.ResponsibilitiesIntegrationsTroubleshoot integration issues and if required work with third-party integration vendorParticipate in Workday implementation activities including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions related to IntegrationWork with functional team and third-party vendors in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solutionCreation of RaaS report to integrationInbound and outbound EIB integrationsGain a deep understanding of the Workday implementation tools to execute day to day Integration activitiesRequirements3-5 years’ work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large complex corporationsAdvanced knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday or similar HRIS systemDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environmentStrength in building client relationships, both in-person and with virtual teamsExpert level user of Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and advanced capabilities with balance of MS Office Suite of applicationsUniversity degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Accounting)Skills & CompetenciesTeamwork - demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, embrace differences and build consensus, while working towards aligned goals and common objectivesCommunication – highly developed presentation skills both written and oral, with a proven ability to take complex data and clearly express it in a compelling mannerProcess Orientation - Learn about peers’ processes and directives and incorporate into reporting administration function as appropriateInitiative – self-starter with an action bias and an eagerness to learn, who can work with little direction and take initiative beyond the established scope of responsibilitiesCritical Thinking - Utilizes problem-solving skills, analysis, sound judgement and evidence to support well-considered recommendations to resolve issuesOperational Excellence – outstanding time-management, strong attention to detail, dedication to accuracy and high degree of pride in work outputAdaptability - Skillfully and promptly exhibit flexibility by leveraging available resources to modify work to changing scenarios as required
