This is an exciting role and would entail you to:
Improve on existing game concept, ensuring alignment with the Roblox community, client expectations and values.
Ensure the technical feasibility and creative alignment of game designs.
Lead all programming efforts throughout the game development lifecycle on Roblox, from concept to deployment.
Create or obtain all required assets to ensure a coherent, brand aligned, look and feel of the game.
Spearhead the post-launch operations, managing live ops for all our games either independently or with a small dedicated outsourced team.
Implement game functionality using Lua, translating game concepts and requirements into robust, efficient code.
Optimize game performance and resolve technical issues, when needed.
Desired skills and Experience
Expertise in Lua and Roblox Studio.
Proven experience in Lua programming and a robust portfolio of successful Roblox games.
Proven Experience in Basic 3D Modeling and Animation in the context of developing a Roblox Game.
Demonstrated ability to either self-organize or lead a development team with a track record of successful project completion.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
A professional, ambitious mindset with a passion for game development
Strong grasp of game design and programming principles specific to Roblox.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
