Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Electronic Products

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of electronic products in designated territories. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

1.Sales and Business Development:

- Actively prospect and acquire new customers in assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and promote additional products or services.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

2.Customer Engagement:

- Conduct regular visits to client sites to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

1. Product Knowledge and Training:

- Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.- Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.- Educate customers on product usage, installation, and maintenance to ensure a seamless experience post-sale.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of (X) years of experience selling electronic products or related technology solutions.- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
