Role Objective:A key objective of this position is to efficiently manage and oversee the operations of multiple branches, support India operations and provide timely management information support globally and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for optimizing processes, managing financials and coordinating between departments to enhance overall operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.MBA or PG diploma in Business Administration – Operations / Marketing15-18 years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at national level.Minimum 5 & above years of field operations & branch management at zonal or national level.Minimum of 5 years (overall all 15-18 years) in pharma, medical device branch operations activity.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in advance excel, SAP, Salesforce, E-commerce applications and other ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Provide timely & accurate management information systems (MSI) globally for enabling objective data-based decision making. Should be able to conceptually design & prepare a new MIS report to meet the changing business requirement situations.Help the management in analysing sales team performance with respect to set targets & business growth requirement in team of user base creation, product evaluation & upgradation user accounts.Compilations of attendance globally using software such as Salesforce, SAP & timely computation of incentive for India Sales team.Provide Business insight in preparation of incentive policy formulation, decision related to new branch opening & inventory management in respective to Branches.Responsible for last mile product delivery to different category of clients & ensure high level of customer satisfaction through efficient time management & optimum utilization of sales support team.Coordinate seamlessly with India sales team across the level for smooth execution of sales order & high customer satisfaction.Preparation of equipment bundling deals meticulously in line with business requirement by coordinate with different agency such as finance, sales & legal & audit team.Extend support in organizing sales review meets at HO by preparation of agenda by coordinate with team & provide logistic support, including annual sales kick-off meet.High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Role & Responsibilities:Branch Operations Management:Oversee the opening and efficient functioning of branch offices.Provide operational support to India operations.Financial Management:Manage aging and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).Handle PR PO process including bundling deals, rent, courier, and branch CAPEX.Submit payment requests to finance and manage imprest cash process.Data and Reporting:Handle bundle data and balance confirmations.Submit various MIS reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.Provide MIS for weekly/fortnightly calls to India and global subsidiaries.Customer and Vendor Coordination:Verify customer documents, schemes, open MOUs, and bundle MOUs.Coordinate with different vendors for the purchase of equipment under bundling agreements.Automation and Systems Improvement:Initiate automation projects.Implement and enhance Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.Develop new reports in SAP as required.Policy and Incentives Management:Verify incentive workings of sales, support, and admin teams as per policy.Document various policies based on management guidance.Budgeting and Analysis:Conduct budgeting exercises for India sales and sales support.Perform global OPEX and ASP analysis.Work on higher CN and scheme workings and submit them to audit.Customer and Sales Support:Record product complaints in Trackwise.Submit yearly sales targets with monthly breakdowns to the sales support team.Coordinate with CFA/branches and admin teams for statutory documents.Training and Compliance:Coordinate external training programs.Review and update SOPs periodically.Ensure adherence to SLAs within and across departments.

Functional Skills Required:Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce.Strong knowledge of financial processes and budgeting.Expertise in data analysis and MIS reporting.Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Behavioural Skills Required:Leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
