Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Barista at Thrivesome™ Cafe & Community in Hyderabad. The Barista will be responsible for billing and orders, preparing and serving coffee and snacks, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Barista will also have the opportunity to engage with the community, assist with events, and contribute to the overall positive vibe of Thrivesome.
Qualifications
  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Passion for coffee, food, and creating a welcoming environment
  • Barista certification or training is a plus
  • English a must and Hindi or Telugu preferred
  • Team player with a positive mindset
