Overview As the LeadSEO (Search Engine Optimization) you will play a crucial role indriving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings forour companys website. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing effective SEO strategies to increase websitevisibility and drive user engagement.Keyresponsibilities
  • Lead the SEOstrategy and execution to drive organic traffic and improve searchrankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysisto guide content creation and optimizationefforts.
  • Optimize website content and structurefor maximum visibility and relevance.
  • Developand implement link building strategies to enhance offpageSEO.
  • Monitor and analyze website performanceusing SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Stayupdated on the latest industry trends and algorithm updates toadjust SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboratewith content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practicesare implemented.
  • Create and present regular SEOperformance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identifyand resolve technical SEO issues to improve site indexing andcrawling.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEOspecialists to achieve departmentalgoals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identifySEO opportunities and threats.
  • Implement localand mobile SEO strategies to capture targetedaudiences.
  • Define and track key SEO performancemetrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketingand social media teams to integrate SEO best practices into overallmarketing strategies.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Communications or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in SEO and digitalmarketing with a focus on organicsearch.
  • Demonstrated success in leading andimplementing SEO strategies that drove significant traffic andrevenue growth.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such asGoogle Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs Moz etc.
  • Strongunderstanding of search engine algorithms and rankingfactors.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Proficiency in HTML CSS and websitebackend technologies for SEOimplementation.
  • Ability to manage andprioritize multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate acrossteams.
  • Experience in managing and leading ateam of SEO specialists.
  • Certifications inGoogle Analytics or other relevant industry certifications are aplus.
  • Understanding of local and mobile SEObest practices and strategies.
  • Knowledge ofcontent marketing and its relationship toSEO.
  • Ability to adapt to new SEO trends andupdates in search engine algorithms.
  • Excellentunderstanding of link building strategies and bestpractices.

Note:The primary responsibility of the SEO Team Lead will beto lead manage a team of SEO Executives and drive organic trafficto the companys website through keyword research onpageoptimization link building social media marketing and SEOaudits.
