Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperLocation: Chennai, IndiaExperience Required: Minimum 5 YearsAvailability: Immediate Joiners PreferredEmployment Type: Full-time / PermanentJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations. This role demands a proactive individual who can work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.- Manage Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.- Optimize existing applications and improve performance and user experience.- Ensure data integrity, security, and best development practices are followed.- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).- Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), or direct point-to-point integrations.- Sound knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.- Proficient in using development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and Change Sets or SFDX for deployments.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprints.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Salesforce certifications such as:- Platform Developer I (mandatory)- Platform Developer II (preferred)- Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or relevant cloud certifications- Experience in working with managed packages or AppExchange products is a plus.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is a plus.Additional Details:- Location: Mumbai (Onsite/Hybrid based on project requirements)- Joining Time: Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period of 0–15 days)
