:Collaborate with a team of product managers, architects, engineers, branding experts, and key customer contacts to envision and iterate a highly desirable, technically feasible and economically viable UX vision. Partner with Product Management to integrate and prioritize UX requirements into product roadmaps. Provide creative direction and contribute to thought leadership around design processes within the organization. Collaborate with the design team to help establish best practices as well as work hands-on creating design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, design system components, prototypes, personas, research plans, and other types of presentations. Oversee and quality control the implementation of designs across the product suite so that our customers receive a cohesive product experience. Improve your team’s work by asking for and offering feedback from other product designers and cross-functional teammates. Handle discovery process across multiple projects with the same team and/or across teams within the same BU and/or among teams across BUs (if required) and manage the design milestones across these projects.

Requirements & Skills:

4+ years of design work experience and a strong background in creative direction and visual design with a high bar for quality design and an impeccable attention to detail. A portfolio showcasing previous design projects including visuals and a description of the design process. A great communicator with interpersonal skills to communicate complex concepts and ideas to many different stakeholders with varying levels of exposure to UI/UX Design. Experience planning and conducting generative user interviews and usability testing of prototypes. Passionate about using quantitative data and qualitative research findings to support design decisions and advocate for the best experience for users. Understands the pillars of design systems, including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility, as both a design system consumer and design system creator. Fluent in UX design tools and methods for creating mockups and prototypes such as Sketch, Figma, Miro, Invision, Adobe XD, and others. Driven by curiosity and humility to seek feedback until we get it right for the customer.
