Key Skills and Responsibilities
4 to 8 years of total overall experience with 3 + years of ServiceNow relevant development experience
Need to have Implementation experience on ITSM module and either one of these following SecOps / Discovery /HRSD / CSM / FSM / ITBM / Orchestration / Service Portal / CMDB / Service Mapping / Event Management / ITOM/App Engine
Hands on Experience with Platform and Java scripting is Mandatory.
Good Communication and presentation skills should be able to handle and manage stakeholder conversations (internally & with client).
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform along with proficiency in documentation as per the Standards.
Hands-on experience in migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
Excellent understanding of best practices followed in application design & development in ServiceNow.
Should have good integration experience using either one of the following – REST / SOAP Web services, JDBC, SFTP, Integration Hub etc.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of experience into ServiceNow Development
Should have certifications like CSA, CAD etc.
