The Role:


As our SEO Lead, you'll be the Gandalf of our digital kingdom, guiding our team to SEO glory. You'll be a strategist, a data detective, and a content whisperer, all rolled into one.


Here's what you'll be enchanting (and yes, there will be spreadsheets):


Crafting a rock-solid SEO strategy that makes our competitors shed a tear (or two).

Unravelling the mysteries of keyword research to find the golden nuggets that drive traffic.

Optimizing our website and content to be the friendliest place for search engines (and humans).

Building magical link profiles that make Google sing our praises.

Analysing data like a pro to identify trends and make strategic SEO decisions.

Inspiring and leading our SEO team to conquer the search engine landscape (think team-building exercises that don't involve trust falls).

Staying ahead of the SEO curve by keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and algorithm updates.


The Ideal Candidate:


3+ years of experience as an SEO lead or specialist (wielding your SEO wand with finesse is a must)

A deep understanding of SEO best practices (you know your on-page from your off-page like the back of your hand).

A keen eye for keyword research (those golden nuggets are out there, waiting to be found).

A knack for analysing data and translating it into actionable insights (data is your best friend, not your enemy).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you'll be spreading the SEO gospel to the team).

A dash of creativity (because SEO shouldn't be boring).

A willingness to learn and adapt (the SEO landscape is ever-changing, after all).
