Your role

• be involved 100% as Individual contributor and be responsible for delivery of the technical tasks on time.
• interact with business and technology business, senior management, internal user groups and conduct internal and external research and analysis to define and develop product and services roadmap.
• partner with vendors and internal development teams to deliver on multiple streams on the new platform
• enforce adherence to the SDLC principles and coach new team members on SDLC concepts
Your team
You'll be working in the Wealth Management Americas IT - Data and Reporting team in Business Service Center located in Pune, India. Our portfolio of applications are integrated with other systems in UBS so it's important that you are able to collaborate with other IT teams located across the globe.
Your expertise
• 3+ years hands-on programming experience on the mix of ETL on Informatica and Azure OR Big Data ecosystem technologies including recent experience on Spark, Scala/Python, Hive, Impala, data frames.
• good experience on Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks
• good experience on creating pipelines, mapping data flows and activities in data factory.
• good experience in utilizing encryption services and connecter sets in Azure.
• good experienced in Spark jobs performance tuning.
• good experience in debugging the application issues on Azure cloud.
• experience of Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, Teamcity/Jenkins, GIT, JIRA.
• experienced with Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum/Kanban delivery approaches
• must be open for extending L3 support on business demand
