Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Architect to lead the design and development of our frontend architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in frontend technologies, extensive experience in architecting scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, and a passion for innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of frontend architecture, frameworks, and components to support scalable, high-performance web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to frontend development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

- Evaluate and recommend frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and maintainability.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in frontend development processes, architecture, and tooling.

- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical support and guidance as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on architecting complex web applications.

- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.

- Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Jenkins).

- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a shared vision.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
