We’re Hiring | Data Architect / Senior Data Architect (Azure + Databricks)Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | HyderabadExperience: 9–16 Years | Hybrid Work ModelRole OverviewAs a Data Architect / Senior Data Architect , you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data platforms leveraging Azure, Databricks, and Gen AI technologies.You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—data scientists, developers, and business leaders—to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative data solutions end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement data platforms using Azure and the Databricks ecosystem.Lead end-to-end Data Lakehouse projects , including Medallion Architecture implementation.Drive hands-on development using Py Spark, SQL, and Dev Ops (CI/CD) best practices.Build and optimize metadata-driven frameworks and data models (Dimensional & 3 NF).Collaborate across teams to design AI/Gen AI-powered data solutions.Mentor and guide data engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.Contribute to organization-wide initiatives in capability building, architecture governance, and solution innovation.Must-Have SkillsAzure Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, Workflows)Py Spark & SQL – advanced data transformation and performance tuningAzure Services – ADF, ADLS Gen2, Event Hub, Stream AnalyticsDev Ops / CI-CD Pipelines – Git, Jenkins, or Azure Dev OpsData Modeling – Dimensional & 3 NFGen AI / LLM-based application development
