Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Airtech Pvt Ltd located in Dharwad, Karnataka. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and personnel policies and procedures.
Qualifications

  • Experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
