Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in the development and optimization of machine learning (ML) workflows, data management, GPU optimization, and the management of training datasets. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience and hold both the TensorFlow Developer Certificate and the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing ML models and workflows, ensuring efficient data handling and leveraging GPU capabilities for enhanced performance.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • ML Workflow Development and Optimization :
    • Design, develop, and optimize ML workflows to support various business applications.
    • Implement and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
    • Optimize model training and inference processes to maximize performance and minimize resource usage.
  • Data Management :
    • Manage and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and consistency.
    • Implement data augmentation techniques to enhance model training.
    • Develop and maintain data pipelines to streamline data ingestion and processing.
  • GPU Optimization :
    • Leverage GPU capabilities to accelerate model training and inference.
    • Optimize ML algorithms and workflows for GPU performance.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot GPU-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Management of Training Datasets :
    • Curate, manage, and maintain large-scale training datasets.
    • Ensure the integrity, quality, and security of training data.
    • Implement strategies for data versioning and reproducibility.
  • Collaboration and Support :
    • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimized ML solutions.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ML-related issues.
    • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on ML best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering and data management.
  • TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
  • IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong understanding of data management and preprocessing techniques.
  • Experience with GPU optimization and parallel computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s or PhD degree in a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and SQL.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
