Pega Analyst

Job Responsibilities:5 13 years of experience with Pega applications.Working experience in Customer Decisioning Framework.Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC.Define, design, and implement Pega Customer Decisioning solutions to meet business requirements.Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Strong knowledge in Integrations and implementation.Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services, and legacy data sources.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of defined strategies.Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle post-production issues.Document and communicate the design to the project team and stakeholders.Ability to integrate Pega applications with other technologies via APIs and web services.Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and team collaboration skills.
