We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual fresher to join our team as a Project Manager. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for managing projects for different clients, ensuring successful execution and delivery. The ideal candidate should have a background in MBA Operations with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

·      Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

·      Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project elements align with client requirements.

·      Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

·      Act as a primary point of contact for clients.

·      Understand client needs and expectations, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed them.

·      Regularly update clients on project status, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.

·      Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.

·      Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal utilization of skills and expertise.

·      Identify and address any resource constraints that may impact project timelines.

·      Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

·      Proactively address issues that may impact project success.

·      Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

·      Generate regular reports on project status, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

·      Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

·      Implement lessons learned from projects to enhance future processes and results.

Qualifications:

·      Mba in Operations Management with BTech.BE mechanical

·      Strong academic background with a focus on project management.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
