WHAT YOU’LL DO:Lead the design, development and maintenance of new features and functionality for our platformDrives complex projects by defining proper phases adjusted to the needs of the business as well as technical necessities making sure proper solution at the endDrives code development within the team to make sure that code is compliant with best practices. Ensures high standards throughout the product/project.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other less experienced engineers on the teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality productsContinuously improve the software development process and practicesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in software developmentStrong experience in PythonExperience in Java (Spring) is a huge bonusExperience in building number of services/large functionalities taking focusing not only on development but also production-side working: metrics, observability, alerting and debuggingExperience working with cross-functional teamsExperience with agile development methodologies
