SNRole descriptions / Expectations from the Role1Working closely with architects, Product Managers, Development and QA engineers to discuss and develop state of the art application2Proactively identifying architectural weaknesses and making the appropriate recommended solutions.3Mentoring and providing technical guidance to other team members.4Accurately assessing critical factors for success and mitigate risk on deliverables.5Participate in internal/cross team meetings, estimating, scoping, decision making and technical documentation reviews.6Need to have experience in task estimation along with risk identification7Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies8Good Team Player and time-management skills.9Great interpersonal and communication skills.
