Role & responsibilities

  • Develop a working knowledge of client applications for all business units including but not limited to MRI, Yardi,JD Edwards and ServiceNow.
  • Provide support and solutions via ServiceNow within SLAs
  • Prioritize support requests based on customer impact
  • Identify solutions for system users that improve business processes
  • Collaborate with project teams and service desk.
  • Complete setup and revisions to user administration across multiple systems adhering to internal policies and deviation requirements.
  • Complete regularly scheduled User Administration audits to optimize user security.
  • Participate in regular reviews of support requests to identify training or documentation requirements.
  • Recognize and communicate system errors or outages
  • Fulfill on-call duties as required for support requests after hours and on weekends.
  • Flexibility for attending or responding to early morning and late night meetings and inquiries
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

  • Knowledge of user administration principles and user security standards
  • Strength in communicating technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills consistently sets goals and meets deadline.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel other core software systems

Work Experience and Education

  • Graduates / Postgraduates in any stream
  • 2 plus years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in MRI custom reporting
