The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop accurate Scan to BIM models and ensure the successful implementation of projects. This is an on-site role located in Devanahalli.QualificationsProcess point cloud data obtained from laser scans using BIM software to create accurate 3D models of buildings and structures.Generate 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections from BIM models as required.Experience in architecture and modelingSpecialization in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) is a plusAbility to interpret and create construction drawingsStrong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsProven experience working with point cloud data and BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.
