Overview:

Highly skilled Project Manager to Prepare Test Plans, Test Execution, Define Network Topologies, Understand Complex Customer Networks, Good Automation Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Test Knowledge: Prepare Test Plans, Test Execution, Define Network Topologies, Understand Complex Customer Networks, Good Automation Skills
  • Ability to guide the team to use the testing tools
  • Familiar and Hands-On with testing tools (Ixia) -
  • Building System Test Labs for functionality, performance, and scale.
  • Device-level configuration for routers and switches.
  • Debugging experience in a Test topology ( testbed).
  • Test Automation Frameworks, tools and scripting languages (Python, Robot framework)
  • Have previous experience with JUNOS
  • Clear communication on test results and gaps
  • Experience in test labs for networking infrastructure.
  • Networking certifications are a plus.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinate with the lab team and provide connectivity and topology information to the lab team for bringing up physical setup.
  • Help team to verify physical setup hardware details and connectivity as per the topology designed.
  • Guide team members to configure the box based on the customer shared configuration.
  • Bring up end-to-end protocols as present in the RSI/configuration.
  • Ability to guide the team to Configure traffic profile in IXIA
  • Achieve control panel scale by advertising routes, creating RSVP tunnel, etc. from IXIA
  • Create a detailed Test plan based on previous cycle testing
  • Conduct test plan review with the customer and various stakeholders.
  • Execute the test plan as mentioned in the test plan, collect the log, verify the log, and format it for end customer consumption.
  • Debug if any issue is observed in the setup.
  • Report the issue in the Juniper internal tool and provide all necessary information asked for the issue for Root Cause Analysis by the developer.
  • Integrate already automated scripts written in the Juniper internal framework, written in Robot and Python, and execute them
  • Present the report to the end customer and address the review comment received.

Requirements:

  • Have previous experience with JUNOS

  • Experience in test labs for networking infrastructure.
